Heat Pumps
A heat pump is a device that efficiently transfers heat from one location to another. It works by using a refrigeration cycle, which includes a compressor, condenser, expansion valve, and evaporator. In heating mode, the heat pump extracts heat from the outdoor air, ground, or water source and releases it into the indoor space. In cooling mode, it reverses the process, removing heat from the indoor space and expelling it outside. Heat pumps are energy-efficient because they move heat rather than generate it, making them a cost-effective and eco-friendly heating and cooling solution.
